Company Listing

The primary contact for your company should have received a Booth Confirmation email from Customer Service with details on how to confirm your company listing information in the exhibitor portal to be displayed in the online Exhibitor List and event Mobile App. Confirm your listing by August 1st for maximum exposure leading up to the event! If you need to have your link and password re-sent or have any questions, please contact our Customer Service department at or 207-842-5508.

Through exhibitor registration, you can also access your company’s custom registration link to invite your customers and prospects to the event for free! Once logged in to exhibitor registration, simply click on the Invite Your Customers tab. A custom registration link is provided for you to send via email or share through your company’s social media channels. Use of your custom link is unlimited and you can track who has registered with your link within the registration website.

Maximize the return on your trade show investment and order XPress Lead Retrieval from Convention Data Services, the official lead retrieval provider. XPress Lead Retrieval is the all-in-one solution for exhibitor lead management. Don’t rely on collecting business cards, because not everyone will carry them. However everyone will have a badge with a QR code to scan. What is included in your booth??

  • STANDARD BOOTH PACKAGE: Every 10×10 booth will receive an 8′ high Black back drape, 3′ high Black side dividers, and a 7″ x 44″ one-line identification sign. Booths larger than 300 sq. ft. may receive a 7” x 44” one-line identification sign upon request. *Flooring is not included in your booth but required by show management.


  • BOOTH FLOORING – Please note that all exhibitors are required to either bring or rent floor coverings (carpet, wood, rubber, etc.) for their booth. All aisles and show floor will be carpeted in Midnight Blue carpet by Show Management, but each exhibitor is responsible for their space.
