Reference this and order all services before the indicated discount deadline dates to save money and ensure a timely installation of services.

Exhibitor Badge Registration!

  • General Contractor: Freeman (to order furnishings, flooring, decorations, labor, shipping, show package, etc.)

    Please Note: Each 10’ x 10’ booth will be set with 8’ high blue back drape and 3’ high white side dividers. Furnishings are not included in your contracted space but can be purchased through the Freeman website. All booths are required to have flooring: either rented through Freeman or supplied by Exhibitor (carpet, vinyl, wood, etc).

  • Venue Services: MCCA (to order catering, electrical, internet, rigging, air & water)

    The MCCA/Signature Boston Exhibitor Services are your source for ordering Utilities for your booth at Accountex.

    You have an option to fill out the forms in the ordering guide below and submit via email at exhibitorservices@SignatureBoston.com
